Case study: Harry’s Bar- Bottle Message

 

Challenge: Harry’s Bar, a chain of 30 premium pubs in Singapore wants to increase sales during Happy hours. Additionally, it wants to increase social interaction within its bars.

Fact:  Singaporeans are shy to meet and make new friends with strangers face-to-face, but very open via social media.

Creative idea: Establish a new communication method so that people can talk and make friends with each other much more comfortably

Execution: Via the application of QR code, they turned plain beer bottles into a communication tool. Let’s watch the case study video for more info.
