Case study: Bud Light- “The perfect Beer for whatever happens”

 

The new Bud Light’s “The perfect Beer for whatever happens” campaign just recently attracts huge attention from the public, with the attendance of 5 rock stars, 4 celebrities and 412 actors.

To begin, it teased the public with the mysterious loose ends of Super Bowl ads with Arnold Schwarzenegger in sweatshirt warming up nearby a ping-pong table and the appearance of Don Cheadle and a llama.

After that, Bud Light released the extended version, tying up all those mysteries with an epic story. The campaign aims at loyal beer drinkers, who are optimistic and open to “whatever happens”. It is still too soon to evaluate the campaign’s success, but certainly it has achieved rocketing virality both digitally and socially. Let’s watch the extended version below!
